This song is about power-hungry leftists. It's a common misconception that Republicans are the only ones with billionaires backing them. The Democrats are just as (if not more) guilty. The first verse is about one of their chief backers who made his billions in part by shorting the values of the currencies of third-world nations. Because of his greed, entire societies were thrown into chaos and economic ruin. The second verse is about leftist agitators like Antifa.
